Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixer bowl
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well
  3. Line a baking sheet lined with unbleached parchment paper
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze at least 2 hours
  6. Once frozen, enjoy 3 balls per day for each Phase. Store in glass containers in the refrigerator for immediate use and store extras in the freezer for future use.
