Granola is a great alternative to cereal, and I found a recipe that makes it super easy and quick to make!
We put it in coconut yogurt and add fresh or frozen berries for a wonderful way to start the day at breakfast. It also makes a great snack. Find the recipe here.
***Please note: We use coconut oil (canola oil is inflammatory and most experts suggest not heating olive oil. You can make this gluten free by using gluten-free oats.
