Make Sure to Eat Your (Cruciferious) Veggies…Here’s Why!

Want to know why cruciferous veggies (like broccoli and cauliflower) are GREAT for women?

Because they help us detox estrogen in a way that *protects* us from cancer! 🙌🙌

So here I am prepping a few days’ worth of cancer-protecting goodness… cruciferous veggies drenched in coconut oil, baked at 400° for 20-25 minutes on a baking sheet lined with foil (for easy cleanup) and unbleached parchment paper (to avoid toxins that can leach into the food). 💕💕

P.S. On the flip side, there are things that promote estrogen to detox in a way that *promotes* cancer: pesticides, toxins (from cleaning products, personal care products, plastics, etc), obesity, and inflammation.
