Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1½ cups unsweetened nut milk, oat milk, or water
  • large handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • ½ medium frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds (Phase 1) or sesame seeds (Phase 2)
  • 1 Tbsp ground pumpkin seeds (Phase 1) or sunflower seeds (Phase 2)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions: 

  1. Add milk or water and spinach or kale to blender and blend well. 
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Makes a 1-day supply
