- 1 to 1½ cups unsweetened nut milk, oat milk, or water
- large handful of kale or spinach
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- ½ medium frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds (Phase 1) or sesame seeds (Phase 2)
- 1 Tbsp ground pumpkin seeds (Phase 1) or sunflower seeds (Phase 2)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Add milk or water and spinach or kale to blender and blend well.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Makes a 1-day supply
